Most body contouring devices target one concern — fat reduction, cellulite, or skin tightening. Sculpt is engineered to address all three in the same treatment, using a single frequency that penetrates fat, remodels cellulite-causing tissue, and tightens surface skin. That's why it fits a wider range of patients and goals than any single-purpose device.
Sculpt delivers controlled thermal energy directly into the subcutaneous fat layer. Fat cell membranes are disrupted, and debris is gradually cleared through the body's lymphatic system over the weeks following treatment. It's designed for localized, stubborn areas — not full-body weight loss.
Sculpt is the only non-invasive device with FDA clearance specifically for cellulite reduction. The technology softens and remodels the fibrous septa bands beneath the skin that pull dimples downward, producing visible smoothing over a treatment series.
The same energy that works deep in the fat layer also warms the upper dermis, stimulating collagen remodeling. Over a treatment series, patients report firmer, more toned skin texture in the treated area — particularly useful after significant weight loss or pregnancy.
Sculpt operates at 2.45 GHz — a frequency chosen specifically because the superficial skin is nearly transparent to it. That means energy passes through the top layer harmlessly and deposits directly where it's clinically useful: in the fat and connective tissue layers below. Approximately 80% of the energy reaches the fat; the remaining 20% heats and tightens the skin above.
Thermal energy disrupts fat cell membranes. The body's lymphatic system clears the debris over the following 4 to 6 weeks.
The same energy softens the fibrous septa bands that create skin dimpling, producing visible smoothing.
The 20% of energy absorbed in the upper skin layers triggers collagen remodeling, firming surface texture over the treatment series.
Unlike cryolipolysis (CoolSculpting), Sculpt carries no risk of Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia. And unlike traditional radiofrequency devices, the microwave frequency and controlled cooling significantly reduce burn risk.
Sculpt is cleared for use on most areas of the body below the shoulders. Treatment area selection is made during your clinical evaluation, based on your goals, anatomy, and candidacy.
A typical session treats one to two quadrants depending on the areas being addressed.
Most patients describe a warm, comfortable sensation — similar to a deep tissue heat. Our clinical team adjusts energy and cooling in real time based on your feedback.
You return to normal activities immediately. We recommend hydration and light self-massage of the treated area to support lymphatic clearance in the weeks following treatment.
Sculpt is not intended as a weight-loss tool. It is most effective for patients at or near their goal weight who want to refine specific areas.
A brief conversation with our team about your areas of concern, your goals, and your medical history. If Sculpt sounds like a fit, we'll schedule your in-clinic body contouring evaluation.
A clinician reviews your medical history, examines the areas you want to address, screens for contraindications, and designs a treatment protocol based on your goals. You'll receive a written treatment plan and transparent pricing at this visit.
Sessions are typically 15 to 30 minutes depending on the areas being treated. No numbing is required. You receive written aftercare guidance including hydration and self-massage recommendations. Sessions are usually scheduled 3 to 6 weeks apart depending on the concern being addressed.
Some patients notice initial changes within 2 to 4 weeks. The full outcome from a treatment series is typically evaluated at 8 to 12 weeks after the final session, as collagen remodeling and lymphatic clearance complete. Your protocol may include maintenance sessions depending on your goals.

Sculpt is effective for a wide range of patients, but there are specific conditions that make it inappropriate. A clinical evaluation determines candidacy — the summary below is a starting point, not a substitute.
A full contraindication review is part of every body contouring evaluation.

Sentient Sculpt is an FDA-cleared non-invasive body contouring device that uses Precision-GigaWave technology — 2.45 GHz microwave energy — to target fat, cellulite, and skin laxity in a single treatment. It's the only non-invasive device FDA-cleared specifically for cellulite reduction, and it's safe for all skin types.
Most body contouring devices address one concern — CoolSculpting targets fat, traditional radiofrequency targets skin tightening, and very few options meaningfully address cellulite at all. Sculpt is engineered to address all three in the same session. It also carries no risk of Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia, a documented CoolSculpting complication, and session times are significantly shorter at 12 to 15 minutes per quadrant.
No. Sculpt is a body contouring and cellulite treatment — not a weight-loss tool. It's most effective for patients at or near their goal weight who want to refine specific areas, address cellulite, or tighten skin. If weight loss is your primary goal, our medical weight loss program is the appropriate starting point. Some patients pursue weight loss first, then add Sculpt once they're near goal weight.
Session counts depend on your primary concern and your body. For cellulite, most patients receive 3 to 4 sessions. For stubborn fat, 3 to 5 sessions depending on the area and tissue density. For skin laxity, 3 to 4 sessions. Sessions are typically spaced 3 to 6 weeks apart to allow time for lymphatic clearance between treatments. Your specific protocol is determined at your clinical evaluation. Results may vary.
No. Sculpt is non-invasive and non-surgical. Most patients leave the clinic and return to normal activities the same day, including exercise. Some patients notice the treated area feels warm for a few hours after treatment — this is normal and resolves on its own. We recommend drinking extra water and doing light self-massage on the treated area in the days following each session to support the body's clearance of fat debris.

Every Sculpt program begins with a phone inquiry, followed by an in-clinic body contouring evaluation where we determine your candidacy, discuss your goals, and quote pricing in writing. There's no commitment to schedule a call.
